Logiqo (logiqo.org) provides an AI-powered personal knowledge base. By using the Platform, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Logiqo to:

• Generate, store, or distribute sexually explicit, illegal, or harmful content
• Store or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or other users' data
• Abuse, overload, or circumvent the Platform's API, rate limits, or usage controls (including automated or scripted access designed to generate excessive load)
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the Platform without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices

AI Content Guidelines

Logiqo uses AI models (Anthropic Claude) to power its chat and editing features. All AI-generated content and AI-proposed edits must be reviewed by the user before being applied or relied upon. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not violate this policy. Logiqo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
