Who We Are

Logiqo is an AI-powered personal knowledge base operated by Yehor Levchenko, a sole proprietor registered in Iceland. Platform URL: logiqo.org. Contact: logiqo.support@gmail.com.

What Data We Collect

• Account data: email address and password (encrypted) when you register, or your Google account info if you sign in with Google.
• Usage data: actions performed within the Platform, IQ balance and transactions, feature usage.
• Product data: notes, links, and other content you create within your knowledge base.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Creem — we do not store your card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for session management.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Platform and its features.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
• To improve the Platform based on usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your notes are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate answers and proposed edits in response to your requests, and are not used to train their models.

Third-Party Services

To deliver the Platform, we share data with the following processors:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication
• Anthropic (anthropic.com) — AI processing for chat and edit features
• Creem (creem.io) — payment processing
• Google (google.com) — OAuth sign-in

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in the database (your knowledge base is accessible only to you), and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format (Logiqo also lets you export your knowledge base as a Markdown file at any time)

Cookies

Logiqo uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Preferences such as language are stored in your browser's local storage.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at logiqo.org/privacy.
