Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and IQ credit purchases made on Logiqo (logiqo.org). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window on your first payment for any paid subscription tier (Starter or Pro). To request a refund, contact us at logiqo.support@gmail.com within 7 days of your initial payment with the subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are only available on the first payment. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period are not provided.
IQ Credits
IQ credits included in your subscription are non-refundable once the subscription period has started. Purchased IQ top-ups are non-refundable once any IQ from that purchase has been consumed. If you have unused IQ from a top-up purchase and have not consumed any of it, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund evaluation.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Significant platform outages (more than 24 hours of downtime in a billing period)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Platform entirely
