Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logiqo at logiqo.org ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including free accounts and paid subscribers. Logiqo is operated by Yehor Levchenko, a sole proprietor registered in Iceland. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Description of Service

Logiqo is an AI-powered personal knowledge base. It lets you store notes as a connected graph, import documents, and interact with an AI assistant that reads your knowledge base, answers questions from it, and proposes edits to your nodes and links — which you approve before they are applied. The Platform is offered as a subscription service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Logiqo offers the following tiers:

• Free — $0/month — 30 IQ (one-time, on registration)
• Starter — $19/month — 400 IQ/month
• Pro — $49/month — 1,500 IQ/month

Payments are processed via Creem. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time. Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be submitted to logiqo.support@gmail.com and are evaluated case-by-case. We reserve the right to change prices with 14 days' notice.

IQ Credits

Logiqo uses an internal virtual currency called IQ to charge for individual actions (chat messages, file imports, AI edits). Included IQ is granted at the start of each billing period for paid plans; the Free plan receives a one-time grant on registration. Unused IQ on paid plans rolls over month to month, up to a per-plan cap. IQ deductions only occur when an action produces an actual result. IQ is non-refundable once consumed, has no monetary value outside the Platform, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' data; reverse-engineer the Platform; abuse the API or automated access to generate excessive load; resell or redistribute access; upload illegal content; or use the Platform for fraud or unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (logiqo.org/privacy) governs data collection and use. You retain full ownership of all notes and content you create within the Platform. Your knowledge base is private and visible only to you. Platform data is stored on Supabase servers. We do not sell your data.

Third-Party Services

Logiqo integrates with: Anthropic Claude (AI engine), Supabase (database and authentication), Creem (billing), and Google (OAuth sign-in). We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these services.

Intellectual Property

The Logiqo platform and branding are owned by Yehor Levchenko. You retain all rights to content you create within the Platform. AI-generated content and AI-proposed edits are provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing them before applying or relying on them.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated answers or edits. Logiqo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Termination

You may close your account by contacting logiqo.support@gmail.com. Data is retained for 30 days after closure, then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or failed payments not resolved within 7 days.

Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Current Terms are always available at logiqo.org/terms.
